Tonight at the Echo. I’ll be interviewing Matt and Syd afterwards, so stay tuned on OFT.

Last night Mellowhype performed in NYC for the Airwalk “Already Famous” event hosted by Charlamagne Tha God. The event was 21+ which is why you don’t see the usual teenage audience. Although Hodgy may not have been in his full senses, he still gave a great show and had the crowd wildin’ as he performed 50.

While this footage may not show much Left Brain, you can see him in action near the end hyping up the crowd. Thank you to EME for the video! Join theforums and let us know what you thought!

Just a few hours ago Mike G asked fans via Twitter to send him Oldie fan art, and in addition, linked them to this thread on the forums where all of them could be easily accessible. An hour passed, winners were chosen, and Mike gave back to his fans by dropping a track off his upcoming Mike Check 2 titled “Oldie 2.”

In light of this week’s amazing new line-up announcement, and the fact that it included the formidable partnership The Internet, comprising of Syd tha Kyd and Matt Martians from Los Angeles collective Odd Future, we thought we had better give you the next exciting installment in our Dot To Dot artist Q&A’s. Read below to find out what Matt Martians from The Internet had to say about their name and who they can’t wait to see at Dot To Dot!
Although the Q&A is very short, it discusses a few topics such as: who they want to see at the festival, the story behind their name, and a new instrument they’d like to learn to play. Read the complete interview here!
What is your fave item to take on tour and why?

HA, on the first odd future US tour our favorite item was probably weed. It takes the stress out of being away from home for extended periods.
